For most projects, the land surveyor can quite literally be the first person in generations to walk the entire project. At Palm & Associates we accept this reality as both an honor and a responsibility. We become the landowner's eyes and ears in the field. Whether our assignment is a boundary survey for a 3-acre real estate sale or the complex topographical survey for a 300-acre development, we treat the land as if it were our own--leaving nothing but footprints and stakes. But we take with us a better understanding of the terrain, the vistas, and the neighbors; all details that aren't necessarily recorded on the plat, but which may be integrated into a final site plan.

Contractors have called upon us to assist with construction layout for projects that included the expansion of a major college football stadium to the first ethanol plant in Indiana.
